will you stay for the second match, austria v poland? i can't make it in time for first, but wouldn't mind watching the second one in the pub. |

I've no particular preference, as I'm usually a nightmare with dates anyway. All being well I'll be able to make whichever day it is. _________________ Last new ground (#737) The Coppice

A-ha! Ties in very nicely with this even too:
Despite retreating in the face of protest from health experts and staff organisations, over 600 jobs are still under threat in the National Blood Service, an integral part of the NHS responsible for blood collection and purification. The government plan for fewer blood centres in larger buildings is in aid of slimming down the NHS at a local level for creeping privatisation. The campaign, currently afilliating to the 'Keep Our NHS Public' alliance, is made up of NBS workers and donors who will fight this every step of the way.
There will be a fundraising club night organised by JustDefy! for the NBS campaign in Camberwell, south london, on saturday the 19th of July from 11pm. There is a free festival on camberwell green that day too, and we are the afterparty.
Venue is The Redstar, 319 Camberwell RoadCamberwell SE5 0HQ
Price: £5 all night all cash to the campaign
Buses: 36, 436, 171, 185, 12, 35, 45, 40, 42, 68, 468, 148, 176
The night is headlined by legendary underground party DJ Jerome Hill, a techno DJ with the flawless skills of a hip hop spinner, he's played verywhere from Glade to Sao Paulo to Hackney Wick:

and old school hardcore from Metra, who wasn't alive then obviously, but knows what he's doing.

i had a great time at pride but i did my usual bit of pub crawling just outside the area.
had only the one main insult so i must be improving.
the end of the night became a bit of a blur and i dont know where i changed back into male mode.
Started and dressed in the Edge where i was in competion with the cleaner for the toilet.
cottaging is having sex in a toilet but whats getting tranned up called?. went to the coach & Horses for a while then to molly moggs (Drag Queen Pub by palace theatre facing sports pages)then headed to the French house bar next to the Womens stage (i think) also visited the Ship (mixed reception) went down to Trafager Square after a couple of refusals to pubs, got male again then went home.
pleased with the St Pauli (Red/black) look just top heavy.
have a couple of pictures if interested and a shame we never met up.

mmp |
