I have 2gb RAM Memory on my laptop and had no success last year. I have been testing out their test video and that works fine. I wish the test video was atleast 2 minutes instead of 1 minute because that is when it starts to freeze up on me. I have been debating on giving it a try again. I might subscribe for 1 month and check it out.
I think it is their servers or the way they send the video. |

I adjusted my windows media player to buffer 360 seconds and had no problems with the Filmerkiste feed yesterday. I paused the match when opening the files for at least 30 seconds and then it ran without stopping or buffering. |

How did you do that then I tried changing mine to 360 but every time I hit apply it instantly changes to 60. What version of media player are you using?
I had no problems watching the games back when I first subscribed and couldn't understand all the problems people had. I did have a theory that it was related to the version of windows media player I was using. But I never got round to testing it out. (I don't use wmp for anything else because I hate it) |

I cannot do what you say you have managed to do with either WMP 11 or 9.
Both do the same thing everytime 360 is typed in it is fine until I hit apply.
Then it immediately reverts to 60.
Maybe you just didn't notice it changing back. Because I can't see how you can manage to do something the player doesn't allow. |

try to use another program. I would suggest VLC media player. That runs almost everything and is good for buffering too. |

Reception has been quite good recently. I have been using ccleaner to clear temporary files and clean the registry (free download from Only registered users can see links on this forum! You've seen the former midfield wizards website too then have you.
I must say I as much as I was fond of him, when I saw him dressing up a la David Beckham in silly designer outfits, posing and calling himself Sir, I really did think what a twat.
I refuse to take any one seriously if give themselves a title and become a poser.

Hi Lily,
No, I haven't seen his website. The commentator called him Sir Charles. He's a very talented player, who isn't really making the most of his talent. When the going gets tough, Takyi disapears, but, he's still worth watching. The St Pauli fans used to say that Juventus were watching him - then collapse with laughter.
Just watch the ball after he's kicked it. It's not a mere kick, he imparts energy and spin into the ball. It's like watching a top tennis player, who imparts top/side/backspin into the ball. Watch the ball after Federer hits it - it's a living "ball" of energy. The same with Sir Charles.
He sounds a little like the Lord of the Manor of Brighton aka Chris Eubank. Hard as nails, an excellent boxer, but a dickhead. Or even David Beckham, ever ready to appear a twat, but even now, still able to pass the ball very well. _________________ Der Junge von St. Pauli der hat die Welt geseh'n

Toom, It sounds like you've just described Laurent Robert, same talents, same failings.... _________________ 'The tragedy of humanity is not in the script; the tragedy is that there is no script'

well , although I m not being subjective with Laurent Robert , I know he was lazy and never defended , but he did know how to kick a ball for free kicks ... shame he never went pas the midfield line to defend... |

I'm not familiar with Laurent Robert. My favourite winger was Gerald Cordle, who played rugby union for Cardiff, and later on rugby league for Bradford Northern. Nothing fancy about Gerald. Built like a brick shithouse, 15 stone of speed and muscle. The only problem was he couldn't catch the ball - his nickname was teflon. He still scored lots of tries. Hand him the ball, let him run in a straight line, and he was as unstoppable as Jonah Lomu.
He was racially abused in a cup game between Cardiff and Aberavon Quins in 1987, and lept into the crowd, to "have a word" with his abuser. He was a big influence on Eric Cantona! _________________ Der Junge von St. Pauli der hat die Welt geseh'n
