Tonight, Trivia-Bar in Dublin, during Celtic match and Irish Brigade-Gig:
- a guy in a St.Pauli shirt, who hasn't been to a match yet ("plans for September")
- another one in a brown St.Pauli jacket. Was at the last Party and the Fürth match, follows Celtic for 24 years, understands the politics and will be back _________________ Irish Folk&Rebel from St.Pauli:

Coincidentally I saw a shifty-looking fella in a Fanladen t-shirt in the Hebrides Bar on Market Street on the very same evening...
I'm sure that good looking chap you photographed the back of would have posed for you if you'd only asked!
It was good to meet up and I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your weekend. |

Bloke in Joshua Brooks in Manchester watching Sweden v Spain, wearing the 'World Champion Winners Beaters' (sorry I can't remember the German) t-shirt. Was too annoyed by the last minute winner to stricke up conversation. _________________ Estudiantes; Striped shirts, black panties |

whilst visiting the lost city of petra a couple of years back with the wife.met a german bloke with the camouflage top on seemed a bit surprised when i wanted a picture taken with him.2005 went to the south africa v england test match in cape town.one of the days at the test i wore a st.pauli top and met some german blokes one of them sporting a st.pauli baseball cap.but the highlight nothing to do with st.pauli was going up table mountain and seeing Richard Stillgoe and i thought he was dead |

Thanks for that, reminds me of one of my favortie bits of The Simpson's when Homer is delighted about Ned's left hand shop is going down the toilet;
Lisa: Dad, do you know what Schadenfreude is?
Homer: No, I don't know what "shaden-frawde" is.
[sarcastic]
Homer: Please tell me, because I'm dying to know.
Lisa: It's a German term for "shameful joy", taking pleasure in the suffering of others.
Homer: Oh, come on Lisa. I'm just glad to see him fall flat on his butt!
[getting mad]
Homer: He's usually all happy and comfortable, and surrounded by loved ones, and it makes me feel... What's the opposite of that shameful joy thing of yours?
Lisa: Sour grapes.
Homer: Boy, those Germans have a word for everything! _________________ Estudiantes; Striped shirts, black panties |

Met a greek fella wearing a totenkopf pulli tonight during the Russia/ Holand game at Leeds Uni Union.
Also saw a lad outside the Union about a month ago walking from the sports hall all kitted out in Pauli gear. |

I'm not sure if this one has come up before and I can't be bothered trawling back through the many posts in this thread.
A few weeks ago I saw a bloke riding a St Pauli bicycle in the City of London. It was one of those German curvy sort of bikes with the ape hanger handlebars and back pedal brake. It was all black apart from the Totenkopf and "St Pauli Jack" along the crossbar. I managed to grab a couple of words with him but despite the fact I had a St Pauli t-shirt (not Totenkopf) on that day he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Then the lights changed and he buggered off.
Anybody know anything about these bikes? I'd like to buy one for my inner child. _________________ Hampshire ist Blau-Weiss |

Chris says that there was a bloke in Billingham B&Q today in a 'wir sind zweiklassig' t shirt. Anyone from the board?
