Personally I've only discovered the wonderful world of the braun und weiss in the last month or so. A new chap at work came in with the skull and crossbones boldly emblazened across his chest. One simple question set off a love affair with the little known German team - "What's that all about then?".

Personally I've been supporting Rochdale for as long as I can remember. We now hold the world record for the longest run with absolutely nothing happening. Nothing at all. Not a promotion, not a relegation, not even a famous fan. We did have Tommy Cannon as chairman for a spell but the less said about that debacle, the better. Evil or Very Mad

So, raise a glass do to the growing army of St Pauli fans in this country and let's hope for a cup upset of our own against the mighty Werder Bremen. Very Happy

I'll raise a glass to a Rochdale fan, and try not to be too patronising with it!

Come to Hamburg with us. It's like watching the Dale through a haze of Marajuana smoke, a beer in one hand and a large wurst in the other.

Heaven!!

John x

It's nothing like watching Dale, the pubs will let you in and they still play if it gets a bit chilly.

Up the Shakers

You're just picking the wrong pubs! Wink

Anyway, good luck when the Shakers do arrive at Spotland, the kind of form we are in though luck won't even come into it.

At least St Pauli are giving my season a ray of sunshine now.

Another Dale fan here, though resident in Oslo and follower of Vålerenga.

Ernie Cooksey benefit match 11th May

Myself and a couple of other Bury fans are hoping to get along to this benefit game for Ernie (currently at Grays Athletic) who is battling cancer.

It's being played at Boundary Park on Sunday 11th May (2PM K.O) between a John Sheridan Celebrity XI and a Rochdale/Oldham XI.
£5 (juniors £2)

Spotland, another ground to tick off the list next season possibly?

Looks like you're in with a chance of getting that elusive promotion!

Hard luck chaps.
Would've been a great finish to your centenary season.
See you soon.
