No, of course not! My limit is usually £20. I was just being stupid to impress someone. |

Tomorrow: The Gossip/New Young Pony Club/The Horrors.
But it's outdoors. And you can guess the weather forecast. |

Udo.
Forgive my tardiness in replying to your message. I could well be up for this.
Can I phone you when I get back from Freiburg?

I think it was pretty damn good - Good enough that I ventured back to dirty old London again on Mon 12 November for more
Sex Pistols - Brixton Academy
In between the 2 Pistols gigs on Sun 11 November I went to see
Chaos Channel / The Wankys / Threat of War - Leicester Shed

Interpol at Alexandra Palace last Friday.
A word of advice if considering going to a gig there. Don't bother. It is THE worst venue I have ever been to. It's like going to a gig in the school canteen. The floor is flat and the stage too low. The sound is bloody awful. To top it off it's in the middle of nowhere. Terrible.
I love Interpol but they weren't at their best either. Saved only by the encore I'm afraid.
I'm sure Pissed-Off Christophe will now give us his views now that I've given him a reason to............ _________________ '....and if you get kicked out of that school you're going straight to the Army where you'll be sent to America's latest military quagmire. Last time I went to Ally Pally for a gig must have been in 1989 to see Big Audio Dynamite. Couldn't enjoy the gig due to the awful sound. The venue obviously hasn't improved on that score, then, which is a shame.
Went to a mobbed Brixton Academy last Saturday for 3 Daft Monkeys, Alabama 3, Dreadzone and the Levellers - it was fantastic, specially Dreadzone. Alabama 3 looked a bit out of place in a big venue like that (they normally play the smaller ones around the Brixton area), but it worked in a way.
Went to the Irish pub behind the police station before the gig and had fun watching lowly Barnsley beat Chelsea in the FA Cup! |

Mogwai last night, fab!! No St Pauli, but a Celtic scarf on the drum kit, and a song dedicated to Halifax FC! (RIP?)
remember, remember in support were good but Aidan John Moffat spoken word a bit disappointing, in my opinion. |
