Have been aware of St Pauli for some time and its stance against anti facism etc., but want to learn more. I believe there is a video made some of the St Pauli fans and wondered where I could view/download or buy it?
Love Celtic, like Barca & Ardrossan Winton Rovers!

It's called "I know where I stand".
My VCR chewed up my copy but the Fanladen may yet have a few left.
Welcome aboard, oh gazelle-like one!!

dont mean any disrespect here, but i think celtics political voice has been diluted by there success over the last ten years. take your self back to 1990,Robsons testimonial at old trafford,Celtic on the brink of collapse, and yet bring a following of over 15000,drinks were shared, scarfs swapped(still got mine)now fast forward to the jokes that were giggs and keanes testimonials.........
as at old trafford i fear that the meaningfull minority are drowned out by the jester hat, face painted majority! _________________ so houst up the john b sail

I support Celtic F.C.
I used to run a supporters bus a few years ago, I went to home & away games for 20 years, don't go to games anymore, just watch on tv these days.
My bf likes Celtic & St. Pauli, he has been talking about coming over for a game, but with holidays already booked for this year it will be next year before we come over ;) |

Thanks!! I was close.
Sir Roger was talking about trying to convert it to DVD and then burning off copies to interested comrades for a small fee - any money earned to go to the Fanladen.
I believe they have yet to give permission!!

Just registered for the message board and thought this looked as good a place to say hello as any.
Yep, just what everyone needed, yet another bloody Celtic fan
Don't worry though, I'm not going to try and hijack the forum by pontificating blustering and bullshitting about ra Hoops....I do enough of that over on the Kerrydale St. message board.
Anyhoo, I originally got the St Pauli bug after a trip to Hamburg a few years back, but I'll admit I kind of drifted away again. Partly because it was so bloody hard to get any news during the Reginonalia seasons, but also because I was getting p!ssed off with some of my fellow Celts paying lipservice to the St Pauli thing. You know the kind I mean, the guys who seem to think St Pauli are little more than a Hamburg branch of the Celtic Supporters Club.
Got my interest re-kindled after catching a St Pauli game in The Murrayfield last season and hope to be there for a lot more of them this time round....a possibly a wee trip to Hamburg before it gets too cold as well.
So, that's about all for now. Not sure how much I'll be posting on here (at least until I've seen a couple of games and start developing opinions on the players to bore you all with) but I though it would be only polite to introduce myself anyway. |

Gulp, I'm always paranoid I come across that way in Hamburg, never mean to and although I usually wear Celtic tops to St Pauli games. Usually there is a good deal of interest though in Celtic from people that i've met in bars, I hope that I don't ramble on too much. (and I know the obvious if you don't want to come across that way don't wear Celtic tops - I usually wear them to swap with St Pauli fans) _________________ Estudiantes; Striped shirts, black panties |
