Now that we know that the European Superstate tracks our use of search engines and passes this information to the US authorities, can we safely assume that a bunch of seditious desperados like ourselves are being monitored by the CIA?

If your reading Uncle Sam, you will never take us alive. Smile

One would have to imagine that if any information is being gathered, that it would only become surplus to files that would have been open on all of us long ago.

It is actually the NSA that does the monitoring. They basically use algorithims to search for key terms from e-mails and I would guess message boards and search engines. Unless you have some link to anyone that is Muslim, I think you are probably ok. If you ever donated to a charity that has helped people in Africa, Middle East, or South Asia, you are probably already suspect...

But don't worry, they know more about you if you have ever entered the United States because then they fingerprinted you and started a file. Also, if you ever bought from Amazon, that information is in there.

If you're an American citizen, the IRS knows more about you than the NSA, CIA, or FBI ever will.

I wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this site was being monitored by the CIA.

Better watch what we say Laughing

CIA? Instead of worrying about the somewhat "mystic" and "easy-to-hate-foreign-foe", I would watch out for your local Secret Service!

Well, the one doesn't rule out the other. And given the current level of paranoia, and the amount of resources put into investigating anything "suspicious" on the interweb, I'd be surprised if this site wasn't being monitored, at least occasionally.

So if anyone is looking in, trying to find enemies of the state(s), hi. winken I have two German words for you - "kreuzweise" and "spiralförmig". Very Happy

That's why it's always worth it for a giggle to occasionally mention Osama Bin Laden and George Wanker Bush in the same line. Otherwise they just get bored looking for things that aren't there.

I'm most likely on their files since I am involved with the local Somali community and emails to and fro bear Muslim names. AND I've donated to

Yes to both... ...my shopping list at Amazon should keep them amused, then. Or confuse them endlessly - recent purchases include both

I doubt it.

All in all, while the American government acts tough, all they really do is track down anyone that's had even a sniff of left leaning politics and exclude them from flying into the country. It's woefully ineffective and tragic, but I think it's about all they do. I dont think they quite grasp that the last thing st. pauli fans would ever do is support violence.

It's funny the list we've got to block people. Funny in the sad, you've got to be fucking kidding me, way.

Anyone get me a visa? Laughing
