Well, looks like Nugent's finally signed on the dotted line.
That makes us (due to the 'sell-on' clause) over a million better off!
Thanks guys!

Went to Pompey on Wednesday. Got to say despite being robbed off three points, I think you lot are the best fans in the Prem...

Chris.

Would it make you feel any better if we took all three points against Villa tomorrow?

If you're down for that lecture, PM me. I might not make it to the "gig" but I might be up for a small libation. Laughing

Hi Chris.
Monday should be interesting. We'll be happy with a point, you really need a win. Thoughts? We play Pompey at Fratton next month. To be honest, I'm not confident of staying up. NUFC and the mackems have the hardest run-ins and we play each other at SJP. I think that could be the relegation 3rd place decider.
Best wishes, but I hope you're miserable on Monday night. Wink
Les

I wish! Thought we did enough v Pompey to get at least a draw and we've got a bit of bottle about us now. Saying that St Andrews is notoriously generous to teams on bad runs so all in all will be happy for a draw. I can't believe Newcastle are quite as bad as my Geordie relatives say they are...

Well, neither of you are as bad as Bolton. We are going dooooooooooooooooooooooooooown!

Rest a full team and piss away the chance of getting into the last 8 of the UEFA Cup against a very average Sporting, only to lose against a Wigan team with 10 men for 86 minutes. Evil or Very Mad

If Gregorz Rasiak is a professional footballer then I'm Charlize Theron.

Rumour has it that the dressing room has been lost because those players who battled to get into Europe were then denied the chance of playing in it.

And Fulham are breathing down our necks now.

Not to worry, a trip to Old Trafford beckons on Wednesday. Crying or Very sad

Ahem... we're worse. Just look at the form guide. WE are the worst team in the division at the moment (not counting Derby - natch, although 4 of their points came from us). My bro was at Anfield for our last game and said that it was obvious that our players don't give a rat's arse if we're relegated or not. They'll be off.

After Brum tonight we've got Fulham at home on Saturday. We should have a better idea by then. BTW I'd take a point tonight if offered.
