Greetings,

Just found this site tonight and will be a frequent visitor from now on.

I've been travelling from Scotland to Germany to watch St. Pauli approx. 1 match a season for the last 14 years.

8 of us (3 London, 5 Scotland) are already booked to travel over for the final home match of the season.

Anyone else going over?

Welcome aboard.

There are a group of us London/SE England lot booked for this already. Waddock-Hunt, Sir Roger and myself are confirmed, Malc is coming if Watford get some bad results, and... Well, maybe we should have a proper role call!

Ayone else?

For the record, into Bremen on the Saturday evening then the train up to Hamburg the Sunday morning, if anyone else is around.

Oh no, not a Wat*ord fan Shocked I used to live in Luton in mid-late 80's and had a season ticket for Kenilworth Road in the good ol' days!!

Point to note if anyone is planning to come over for this game, this is the famous "Harbour Party" weekend and as such approx. 300,000 Germans descend on the city/harbour/St. Pauli district for a weekend of serious drinking and partying. If you haven't already booked your accomodation you might be in deep shit.

8 of us, and poss. another 4 who are still trying to get time off work, are staying at "PJ's Funbar" on the Reeperbahn. It's an all-night pub that has some rooms upstairs. It's basic and cheap and perfectly located. It's an English guy that runs it and maybe worth giving it a try if you haven't booked anywhere yet.

Keep me updated via here and we'll meet up over there for a beer or 5. Laughing

Yeah, it's a nightmare. I'm on two different hotel reserve lists for the Saturday and Sunday nights. I'll be about from the 8th to the 13th catching up with friends so there's undoubtably a "beer window" available. Der Clochard perhaps? Twisted Evil

I knew Roger and John were going, but the flame haired one and Mr O'Banton too? This is a dream. I'm there too.

Pat, we will finally make a match together. Not before time.

I'll also be there for this match ... but on a tight schedule: Stansted to Bremen on Sunday morning and catching the 7.25pm flight back.
