Just to turn this around slightly.......
I spotted a guy exiting the Gegengerade yesterday in a 'Michael Owen' England top - but he was too far away in the crush to hail.
Was it you? _________________ 'The tragedy of humanity is not in the script; the tragedy is that there is no script'

Just before ko at Tynecastle (Hearts v Inverness) yesterday my cousin noticed a guy sitting a few rows behind us in the Roseburn stand wearing a St Pauli top, the actual top from the strip. I had a quick chat with him and he told me he got it whilst on holiday in Hamburg. The game started so I had to get back to my seat. He said he was a season ticket holder so I will try and get a longer chat with him next home match. |

Got a text from a mate today saying he was at Cadwell watching the bikes (superbikes) and there's a bloke in front of them with a St Pauli brolly.
Not sure if this counts cos I didn't see it. |

Wandering around Derby the other week I was wearing my St.Pauli t-shirt, miles away as usual probably thinking about cake, and a lady strode toward me quite determindly, grinning. I didn't recognise her, and me being quite the misanthropist I was a little surprised until she pointed to her pink tracky St.Pauli top and pointed at mine; "Oh well done!" or something similar I said and shook her hand. Not had my shirt very long but already I've had three or four comments, all positive.
Hello everyone by the way. |

The girl I bought the St Pauli cycle courier bag for last weekend sent me a text the first night she wore it out asking if it was usual for people to bellow "St Pauli" at her across the street.
I said yes. She wants to go to a game now... _________________ Lover, Poet, Philosopher, Drunk and Bore...All in five easy pint shaped pieces. |

Two guys at the Newcastle match today asked me if I was at the Hearts Champions League game at Murrayfield because they had seen the St Pauli flag. They had assumed it was me. I told them it wasn't but I knew who it was!
Bri ?

Had the flag with me in The Maltings pub in Edinburgh last night watching the game. So unlucky, good night had by all though. Great to see so many Edinburgh St Pauli fans.
Bob will you show us the pictures from the boozer? |

This week was my son's first week at Manchester University. He was returning to his HOR from a lecture (his story!) when he chanced upon a guy in a St Pauli tshirt. Greetings and handshakes were exchanged as Stu was wearing his totenkopf zip up track top at the time.
It gladdens my heart that we are not just a small club in Hamburg. _________________ 'The tragedy of humanity is not in the script; the tragedy is that there is no script'

I bumped into a German St Pauli fan 50 m from my door in Angell Town (between Stockwell and Oval in London). Pleasentries exchanged before I continued my journey to Charlton to witness Portsmouth top the Premiership!

Bizarrely I got into a conversation a week or so ago with a lovely German girl who recognised my St Pauli t-shirt... it was bizarre because a) she grew up in Hamburg and had never attended a game, and b) after processing her credit card I noticed she shared her surname with Petrushka...
